La Garde Forum – information for exhibitors:
The Forum will feature some 50 exhibitors from all over the world, all of whom will showcase outstanding creations in terms of quality, beauty and authenticity and have a positive social impact.
Potential exhibitors should submit the attached application form as soon as possible.
Terms and conditions:
Selected exhibitors will get
- A stand of at least 6 m2 including standard equipment
- Free accommodation and meals at the Domaine de La Garde or members of partner organisations (unless they prefer to stay at their own cost at a hotel)
The contribution of exhibitors to the costs of the Forum is limited to € 50. Exhibitors will be responsible for their own travel to Bourg-en-Bresse, (closest airports are Lyon and Geneva) and the transport of their products. There is no commission on sales.
The organisers expect some 1’000 visitors depending on weather conditions.
