La Garde Forum – information for exhibitors:
The Forum will feature some 30 exhibitors from all over the world, all of whom will showcase outstanding creations in terms of quality, beauty and authenticity and have a positive social impact.
Potential exhibitors should submit the attached application form as soon as possible. The selection of exhibitors will be begin in February 2020 and applicants will be informed accordingly.
Terms and conditions:
Selected exhibitors will get
- A stand of at least 6 m2 including standard equipment
- Free accommodation and meals at the Domaine de La Garde or members of partner organisations (unless they prefer to stay at their own cost at a hotel)
- An invitation to the Festive Diner on the Friday of the three-day Forum
The contribution of exhibitors to the costs of the Forum is limited to € 100 for non-European participants (€ 250 for European exhibitors). Exhibitors will be responsible for their own travel to Bourg-en-Bresse, (closest airports are Lyon and Geneva and Lyon) and the transport of their products. There is no commission on sales.
The organisers expect at least 1’000 visitors plus a number of professional buyers and industry insiders.
